Key aspects of the role

Lead the development of mini and junior rugby
Create and lead a team of people, as appropriate, to deliver rugby for 3-11 year olds; arrange any appropriate meetings and ensure that Mini and Junior members are represented within the Main Committee.

Organise suitable playing and training opportunities
Work alongside other club officers to coordinate the running and playing of Mini and junior rugby training, games and tournaments in line with Age Grade Regulations.

Ensure all members are familiar with the core values of the game
Make sure players, coaches, volunteers and parents are familiar with the core values of the game.
