Playing
Warriors will be Playing against 2nd and 3rd teams despite RFU vote being won by the small clubs but not by large enough margin – looking to fight the ruling

Samurais playing in the East league and have a full complement of fixtures, any empty fixtures will be filled, please all be available.

Training is essential, warriors are in a winnable league. The club would appreciate all players to work on fitness and make it to training each week.

Salvo – application to join needed by end of next week. Does club want to join?

Training – Del
Not going to be regular as lives in Bognor.
If Del is coaching we need full attendance.

Development
Bar seems to be the sticking point on the development.

Captains v presidents
Very successful game, perhaps the best rugby played in the season. Looking to carry this physicality into the coming season.

Tour
Shirt sizes needed from all players on tour

Final deposit needs to be paid by end of first week in August.

Total tour price £260

Punishment for anyone who lets slip plans to tour virgins.

Socials
16th July BBQ – spit roast lamb, bbq skewers, badminton, tug of war
£10 per adult
Children go free

Intending to arrange curry nights and poker nights throughout season.

Halloween being planned by Neil and Mike

End of next season- 20th year celebration – black tie and ball gown event.

Hall hire (excluding bar) – free to hire for members, otherwise £20 per hour to non members

Hall hire with bar – bar staff will need to be paid, doormen required for certain events

If anyone wants a specific event, family function etc. speak to Neil.

Any Other Business
Proper cutlery and crockery to be used after games as better for environment and we have a dishwasher

20th anniversary season.

Kids section coaching – if anyone wants to help, please put their name forward

Fines – Mike Welbourne to lead

Mike Alex to continue taking meter reads and looking after the club on non game/training days

Mike Alex offered to take on a welfare officer role, role to also include club to player contact. If any player needs to discuss welfare, please contact Mike Alex.

We are still looking for a new club physio, if anyone knows anyone please let committee know. Maybe have one in the pipeline.
