It has been a long time coming. After two seasons without a permanent base, borrowing pitches, and relying on the generosity of others, Weavering Warriors RFC finally have a place to call our own again – and we could not be prouder to share the news.

From the start of the 2025/26 season, our home will be the brand-new Parkwood Sports & Community Centre. It’s more than just a building. It’s the heart we’ve been missing – a place where players can change and prepare together, where supporters can gather for a drink after the match, and where we can host events that bring the whole club and community closer.

This move is about more than facilities. It’s about stability. It gives us the space to grow our squads, restart traditions, and build new ones. It means our junior players of the future will have a club to come back to year after year. And it means our members have somewhere they can truly feel is home.

We’ve got modern changing rooms, great pitch access, and a clubhouse that’s ready to echo with laughter, stories, and the occasional victory song. None of it would have happened without the determination of our committee, the support of our members, and the belief that no matter how tough the road, the Warriors keep moving forward.

So here’s our invitation – come down, be part of it. Whether you’re lacing up your boots, cheering from the touchline, or just popping in for a drink, we can’t wait to welcome you to Parkwood.
