Club Captain

Max Charles

The Club Captain is the off-field leader and representative of the playing squad, setting the tone for commitment, discipline, and teamwork throughout the season. They lead by example in training and matches, motivating players to give their best and fostering a strong, positive team culture. The Captain works closely with the coaching staff to communicate tactics, reinforce standards, and address any issues within the squad. They act as a liaison between players and the committee, ensuring that player concerns and ideas are heard. They are expected to be present at training sessions, matches, and key club events, and to actively encourage participation, unity, and pride in representing the club.
